PLEASE REVIEW POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT! ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ‼️ DEPOSITS - Booking fees & deposits are NOT credited towards a future service. If you reschedule or cancel for ANY reason WITHIN 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a new deposit will be required to rebook. If booked during a sale, the sale price is no longer valid. Deposits are non transferable & non refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. ‼️ CALL/TEXT TO CANCEL - If you communicate the same day to reschedule or cancel a Brow touch up or color boost for ANY reason WITHIN 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% fee of the service scheduled will be charged to your card on file. A 50% fee will be charged to a New Client’s card on file if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled WITHIN 48 hours. This fee must be paid prior to rebooking. NO EXCEPTIONS. if calling/texting less than 15 minutes before your appointment, please refer to NO SHOW POLICY. ‼️ NO CALL, NO SHOWS - If a client does not communicate prior to the scheduled appointment & doesn’t show, the client is subject to a NO SHOW FEE (100% of scheduled service). If the card is declined, NO SHOW FEE will have to be PAID before any new appointments. The account will be flagged & you will not be able to rebook. If NO Show & card is successfully charged, client profile will NOT be blocked & can book as normal. ‼️ LATE POLICY - If you show up 10 minutes or more past your appointment time, you will need to reschedule. My clients are scheduled back to back & I will not make my next client wait. Showing up 10 minutes late or more is considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule & a 50% charge of the appointment scheduled will be added to your next appointment. If I’m able to see you as a last client of the day after arriving late, a $50 fee will added to your appointment if you decide to still be seen. Please understand by showing up 10 minutes late or more, you have cut into your numbing time and you may not have a comfortable appointment. Please take into consideration traffic & weather conditions. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS on my late Policy. DEPOSITS/BOOKING FEES ARE TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR THAT DAY(S) ONLY & WILL BE FORFEITED IF ANY OF THESE POLICIES ARE NOT ADHERED TO. ‼️ If you have booked an appointment online, please be sure to enter your correct email & phone number. Upon requesting an appointment on my booking site, I will reach out to you via text confirm the deposit and to make sure the correct appointment was selected online. Once the deposit has been paid, the appointment will be approved. ‼️ Please be sure to read through the email confirmation as this will have important information regarding your appointment, the direct address and instructions for the day of your appointment. If you do not receive an approval via text or email, please send me a message on social media or text me at 682-235-7715. If the appointment has not been approved yet, the appointment is not set on my schedule.
